# SuperCat site showreel: delivery note

**Files**
- `supercat-showreel.mp4`: master, 1920×1080, 30 fps, 40.0 s, H.264 High, yuv420p BT.709, faststart, no audio track.
- `supercat-showreel-1280w.mp4`: web copy for the hero box (1280×720).
- `supercat-showreel-poster.jpg`: 1920×1080, identical to frame 1.

**Format.** 16:9, made to run muted and looping. The first and last frames are the same end card,
so the loop has no visible seam. Headlines are 112–156 px on a 1920 frame (21–29 px in a 360 px box),
and chat text is 50 px (about 9 px at 360 px, 17 px at 640 px).

**Technique.** One HTML stage set in the site's own fonts. Each frame is computed from time alone,
captured by headless Chromium and encoded with ffmpeg. Every word on screen is real browser-rendered
text. No AI imagery, no stock, no voice, no music.

## Beats
| Time | Beat | On screen (all copy is the site's own) |
|---|---|---|
| 0:00–0:01 | Loop seam | End card (logo, "Tell SuperCat what your business needs", "No forms, no meetings. Just start the conversation on WhatsApp.", "Message SuperCat") un-builds; the cat blinks. |
| 0:01–0:07 | The H1, built | Eyebrow "For small business owners". "Software," "reports," "presentations" "and videos" rise line by line while four real deliverables land in a pile: Cedar Valley *Live member site*, Harborline *Sponsor & attendance report · XLSX*, Fernlight *Owner review · PPTX*, Rosemary & Rye *Promo video · MP4*. Then, in the site's terracotta, "that fit your business, because SuperCat knows it." as the messy pile snaps into a neat grid. |
| 0:07–0:10.5 | The ask | "Chat with it on WhatsApp." The hero prompt box: the eight real chips, *CRM* picked, and its real prompt types in ("Build a simple CRM for my team: leads, deals by stage, follow-up reminders, and a weekly pipeline report.") → *Send on WhatsApp* pressed. |
| 0:10–0:17 | The whole kit | The text becomes a sent WhatsApp bubble. It is thrown into a tilted 3D wall of all 62 real showcase screens, which ripple in from where it lands. "What comes back / Whatever the business, [tab pill rolls Events → Societies → Shops → Spas → Real estate → Remodelers → Fairs → Chambers] / one chat brings back the whole kit". The active business's screens light up with the site's green ring. Caption: "Each of these is a made-up business, built the way a customer would: by chatting with SuperCat." The camera flattens onto Cedar Valley *Renewals*, which becomes the next card with no cut. |
| 0:17–0:31 | Why it fits | Three real conversations, each with the screen it produced and the site's own green highlight, pushed in like a carousel: *Remembers the whole story* (Cedar Valley), *Keeps up as you change* (Solstice deck: $48,200 / 282% boxes), *Tells you what it thinks* (Tri-State: "Does not count"). The cat avatar shows a typing indicator, then replies. Caption: "Conversations adapted from real ones with our users, rewritten for a fictional business." |
| 0:31–0:34 | How it works | "You describe it. SuperCat makes it." 1 *Message SuperCat on WhatsApp*, 2 *It asks, then makes it*, 3 *Change it any time*. |
| 0:34–0:36.5 | Pricing idea | "Instead of SaaS or a spreadsheet / Pay for what it makes / No per-seat fee, and what you buy never expires." with a terracotta underline. |
| 0:36.5–0:40 | End card | Cat mark pops in and blinks, wordmark wipes out of it, CTA builds and holds; this is frame 1 again. |

## Pulled from the live site (read fresh on 2026-10-07)
- **Typography.** The site's own woff2 files, Space Grotesk Variable (headings, 700, tight tracking as on the site) and Inter Variable (text), downloaded from `supercat.app/_astro/`.
- **Palette.** Read from the live page's computed styles: cream page `#fdf9f3`, ink `#26201c`, eyebrow/tab green `#3c5e53`, CTA terracotta `#d97657`, logo green `#2EE07D`, chat bubble `#DCF7C5`, reply bar `#2EB872`. Card radius and soft green-tinted shadows copy the site's figures.
- **Logo.** Path data copied verbatim from `/brand/supercat-logo-horizontal.svg`. Only the eyes are animated (blinks, as the site's own logo does).
- **Product UI.** The 62 showcase screenshots of the 8 made-up businesses (largest srcset size), plus the three 1400 px "Why it fits" screens (`chamber-renewals`, `solstice-deck-budget`, `dental-hold-off`). The hero prompt box, chips, tab pills, step circles and chat bubbles are rebuilt from the site's own markup and styles.
- **Copy.** Only the site's own lines. Shortened for legibility:
  - Cedar Valley reply → "Can do. One thing first: Vance & Sons is 97 days lapsed. … I’d call that one."
  - Solstice reply → its first two sentences only.
  - Tri-State reply → "I’d hold off. It’s practice management, which the boards don’t accept …"

No numbers, customers or claims beyond what the site shows. The pricing beat uses the site's own "Pay for what it makes" card, with no prices.
